Sales Development Representative

Amplero is reinventing the marketing tech stack with AI at the core, allowing marketers to optimize their customer interactions at a scale not humanly possible. Our AI platform leverages machine learning and multi-armed bandit experimentation to test thousands of permutations, adaptively optimizing every customer interaction to maximize customer lifetime value. We’re looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work closely with marketing and account executives to communicate with prospects about AI Marketing, and help us exceed our goals for engagement and meetings with target accounts.

Account development is a starting point for a career in technology sales. This role is a chance for you to join an early-stage, rapid-growth startup, and accelerate your career. Growth paths could include promotion to account executive, digital marketing specialist, or customer engagement manager.

As an Amplero SDR you would:

  • Educate Amplero’s customer prospects on Artificial Intelligence Marketing
  • Create at least 30 (stretch goal: 60) interactions per day with customer prospects via email, phone, web chat, social media, and in person at events and conferences
  • Document every prospect email, phone call, and meeting in Salesforce
  • Bring passion, team spirit and true grit every day. Sales is hard. Rejection is frequent.
